They open up at 2pm and my reservation is at 3pm. This spa is only around our position but we arrived 10mins late because of elevator visitors. I was not knowledgeable which they already cancelled my reservation and offered my timeslot to another all at once.Over-all, I wouldn't recommend this spa to Other people, since the cancellation all at once was particularly unprofessional and prompted me a lot of inconvenience.
